Day 27- Why are you doing this 30 day challenge

I am doing these challenge for one reason and one reason alone to REDISCOVER. I feel sometimes that I have lost who I  am, for so long I have been defined by what others have thought of me, or the role I have played in there life. I  have been daughter, sister, student, girlfriend, friend etc etc for so long RATHER than ME! I look at these challenges and see an opportunity to reflect on myself, my life and things that I love. I saw it an opportunity to REDISCOVER myself!
